Reflexology
A reflexology session focuses on applying pressure to specific points on the feet and hands that correspond to different organs and organ systems of the body. Reflexology can promote relaxation, improve circulation, detoxify, and restore the body’s natural balance. Amy completed a reflexology certification in 2014 and has been practicing reflexology for over 10 years. She is also a member of the Oregon Reflexology Network.
Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy therapy that promotes deep relaxation, clears blockages and balances the body’s energy centers. This non-invasive technique supports emotional well-being, reduces stress, and enhances your body’s natural healing processes. Amy is a level two Reiki Practitioner in the Usui Reiki Ryoho method.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is a branch of herbal medicine that is used to enhance physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health through the external application of essential oils. Essential oils are the distilled or expressed product of the volatile components of various plants. Aromatherapy is included in a client's session during the initial foot bath and throughout the reflexology session. Amy completed a diploma in Aromatherapy in 2017 from the American College of Healthcare Sciences.
Natural and organic skin care products formulated by our certified aromatherapist are also available for purchase at Amy's Holistic Therapy location.

90 Minute Therapeutic Foot Reflexology Session $120

About Amy Purdy
Hello, my name is Amy Purdy. I was born and raised in Oregon. My passion is in the field of holistic health, and through my educational and personal healing path, I have developed specializations in reflexology, reiki and aromatherapy. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Complementary and Alternative Health and I am currently a student of Acu-Current Therapy. My husband and I live in the Eugene area with our two children. As a family, we enjoy outdoor adventures, family activities in the community, and learning and growing holistically. My favorite past times are gardening, yoga, mediation, playing with my kids, reading and cooking. I'm in this field of health and healing because I want to support my community holistically. I believe it is important to have a space where people can retreat from daily stressors and feel safe, seen, respected and cared for. I believe that the greatest healing happens when we are able to relax.

End of Life Doula
At Amy's Holistic Therapy we believe that Reiki, Reflexology and Aromatherapy can serve as a holistic support in end of life care. Amy has experience working with clients living with serious illness, as well as over six years of experience in end of life care for a loved one with serious illness. She has recently completed a certification course in end of life doula work through the Peaceful Presence Project.
